Fyans keeps the Heart Foundation message flowing

The British Heart Foundation has recruited Louisa Fyans as its head of communications.

The British Heart Foundation has recruited Louisa Fyans as its head

of communications.



Fyans will report to director of communications Maxine Smith, and will

be replacing Caroline Hamilton, who is returning to her native

Australia.



In the head of communications role Fyans will oversee a team of four and

will concentrate on supporting the BHF’s fund-raising and educational

campaigns. Fyans is currently head of media for the NSPCC, where she

reports to director of communications Trish Evans.



The BHF provides support for heart disease patients and medical research

and runs education campaigns targeting the public and healthcare

professionals.
