Fine china group Royal Doulton has appointed Caroline Neville Associates to handle its consumer public relations account, which has a budget of pounds 80-100,000. The account was awarded following the agency’s work on a project to support Royal Doulton’s advertising campaign. Royal Doulton’s board was reorganised after Patrick Wenger became chief executive in May, following the sudden departure of previous chief executive Stuart Lyons.
