Shell Oils - the business-to-business side of Shell UK - has
brought in Shandwick North to handle its internal communications.
This follows an internal restructuring of the Shell Oils marketing
function to create one division with three marketing teams.
Shandwick will develop a programme to help the company co-ordinate
communications with its employees throughout the UK. And it will be
involved with Shell’s customer service centre in Wythenshawe which is
currently being expanded.
Shandwick North director Rob Salmon said: ’Shell has seen a lot of
changes within its business and realised that it needed a concerted
internal communications effort to help deal with these changes.’
