exercise, diet and beauty.



Health magazine Zest questioned 100 female PR professionals and found

that over a third preferred sex to other forms of physical activity.



But despite most being aware of the recommended amount of weekly

exercise, only 33 per cent reach this target.



An overwhelming 97 per cent blamed long working hours and a busy social

life.



Although 85 per cent claimed to stay within the advised limit of 21

alcoholic units per week, 60 per cent have had a hangover at work at

least once in the last six months.



Alcohol and nicotine were favoured stress-busters. Almost half relax

with a stiff drink and 70 per cent smoke regularly. Only seven per cent

said they play sport to relax.



Respondents were more healthy in their attitude towards food. Eighty-

nine per cent cook a proper evening meal rather than snacking.
