Raitt Orr Associates has boosted its portfolio of airline clients by
landing a contract with Ghana Airways.
The agency will handle the company’s PR in the UK while its Nairobi-
based sister company Church Raitt Orr will target South Africa.
The win, which is worth a total of pounds 30,000, comes shortly after
Raitt Orr picked up a PR account with Air Malta and as it reaches the
final stages of a project in support of the privatisation of Kenya
Senior partner Ian Raitt said the agency’s success in the airline arena
had been assisted by its long record in the industry. He said another
factor was the changing nature of the non-industrialised world. ‘Some
developing countries are pressing forward with privatisation or updating
their marketing activities and they recognise they need professional PR
help,’ he said.
