The agency has teamed up with corporate and financial communicator Vugar Khalilov, a former presenter for the BBC's Russian Service, in Russia. Khalilov will handle Peregrine's clients in the Russian and Central Asian markets.
Peregrine has also signed up Paris-based Madeleine Resener, who specialises in European media relations for private equity groups and other financial institutions. Her current clients include Sofinnova Partners, one of the leading French venture capital companies and the European Private Equity & Venture Capital Association.
Peregrine founding partner Anthony Payne said: ‘As the financial industry has become ever more international, it is important for communications agencies like ours to have a worldwide reach. Moscow and Paris were obvious gaps in our coverage.'
Peregrine Communications now has partners in thirteen locations around the world including Beijing, Cologne, Dubai, and Hong Kong.
