Shine has appointed Misha Dhanek to its management team as associate director. Dhanek joins from an in-house role at one of Shine's biggest clients Paramount Home Entertainment. He will head up the lastminute.com account. Dhanek will report to director Chris McCafferty.
More2, the integrated data marketing and PR firm, has split its PR division into a separate venture. More2 will continue to be run by MD Kevin McSpadden, but director and co-founder Claire Nicholson will leave to set up Adrenalin, which will focus on integrating PR into the marketing mix.

Premier PR, the entertainment agency, has launched a video games division. The new division will be headed up by new recruit Simon Byron. He joins from Barrington Harvey, where he worked on the Guitar Hero and Codemasters accounts. Byron has more than 15 years' experience in video games PR.
Inline Communications, an integrated PR initiative developed by Weber Shandwick, has released results of its first pan-European survey this week. The research suggests online advocacy is the most influential channel for those consumers looking to make a purchasing decision. A representative sample of 4,692 European consumers were questioned for the research. The full report will be released on 16 October.
