On the agenda - PCTs accused of poor monitoring

In a nutshell A new report has found that primary care trusts may not be effectively monitoring performance of GP out-of-hours services. The interim report from the Care Quality Commission (CQC) said it feared PCTs across England may fail to spot patients' safety concerns as a result.
