Chairmen and CEOs increasingly realise that their company’s reputation is central to its success and that they themselves are expected to face the media spotlight, according to a ’Mind and Mood’ survey from ad agency FCB. The results back up the finding of a PR Week/NOP poll last year which showed that 92 per cent of people expect top executives to be publicly accountable for the company’s actions.
