Guinness plc’s former deputy chairman Brian Baldock, has joined WMC
Communications - the strategic communications consultancy founded by
former Hill and Knowlton Europe chief executive David Wynne-Morgan.
Baldock will work up to 100 days a year offering strategic advice to WMC
clients such as the The Takeover Panel and market research company IRI
Baldock, 62, left Guinness plc in June this year, having joined the
company as managing director of Guinness Brewing worldwide in 1987.
At Guinness plc Baldock is credited with setting up and directing its
Government relations, public affairs and regulatory relationships.
Wynne-Morgan, who set up WMC with Tracey Camilleri in January, said
Baldock will take shares in the eight-strong consultancy.
