Broadgate Mainland has been created after the two firms reached a paper deal worth an undisclosed sum.

The combined entity will house 30 staff - around 20 from Broadgate and ten from Mainland - once the merger is completed in mid-October.

The brand will be overseen by Broadgate founder Roland Cross, with Neil Mainland becoming a director alongside Brodgate's Mark Knight. Cross said there would be no job cuts as part of the integration.
