Nice to see that all the months of battling with the Guardian newspaper have not dented Ian Greer’s sense of humour. At his agency’s post-Budget party last week, the diminutive lobbyist admitted that life as a small business man could be tough. ‘And I should know,’ he said. ‘They don’t come much smaller than me.’
