Aurelia Cecil, managing director of Aurelia PR, will report to a
board which includes Matthew Freud, chairman of Freud Communications and
Freud managing director Nick Wiszowaty, following the sale of her
company to advertising giant Abbott Mead Vickers. Cecil and three of her
agency’s directors will make up the other members of the board. AMV,
which will pay up to pounds 4.25 million in instalments for Aurelia PR,
will manage the agency through its subsidiary, Freud. (Profile, p28).
