Companies within the group have previously run their own schemes separately, but the Chime Communications Graduate Scheme will see its graduates offered places across the group in August 2010.
Each graduate will be able to spend six months in two companies in the group, working in agencies specialising in research, advertising, PR and public affairs. Chime's brands include Bell Pottinger, VCCP, Teamspirit and Opinion Leader.
Chris Satterthwaite, group CEO, said: ‘Young talented people coming into Chime are the future of our business. Our graduate scheme offers broad experience of different communications disciplines, which is to the graduate's immediate benefit and ultimately our clients' advantage as we develop the best all-round communications advisers in the business.'
The firm will begin accepting applications from November.
A PRWeek survey of graduate recruitment found that Bell Pottinger took on five graduates this year, compared to nine in 2008 and eight in 2007.
