Teletext has hired Harvard PR to promote its new digital service (PR Week, 23 April). The agency won the six-figure consumer account last week following a three-way pitch against Rosalyn Palmer PR and Propeller Marketing Communications. To date, Teletext’s PR has been handled in-house.
