Band and Brown has appointed former Swallow Hotels marketing
director Keith Brown to head its four-strong travel and leisure
Brown, who worked with Band and Brown on a short project the agency did
for Swallow last year, joined the agency three weeks ago. Before
Swallow, he worked at Forte where he established the White Hart
The Band and Brown post is a new one and has been created to boost its
travel division, which currently represents ten per cent of the agency’s
total fee income. Brown said he expects that figure to double in the
next 12 months.
He is the third former client to join the agency this year. Former
Action Aid head of communications Dominic Byrne joined the agency last
month to create a corporate reputation division, and associate director
Noel Privett moved from his job as head of media relations at Midland
Bank two weeks ago.
