Mark Borkowski has been appointed by the Daily Mail to provide PR support for the Tamworth Two, the pigs who cheated death following their escape from a Wiltshire abattoir in January. Butch and Sundance are now owned by the Mail, which intends to use them in promotions and commercial activities. Borkowski said: ’We will be considering commercial proposals with great care to ensure that public interest does not diminish as a result of over-exposure.’ A link with a major bank for the rights to a Tamworth Two Piggy Bank Campaign and a film script are two projects under consideration.
