Britain’s largest trade union for managers and professionals, the
Manufacturing Science and Finance Union (MSF) has asked corporate and
political agency LSA to handle a review of its communications
activities.
The agency will be working with its former political director Miles
Webber, who left to take up a post as head of campaigns and
communications at the MSF two months ago (PR Week, 24 October).
LSA’s brief is to carry out an audit of both internal and external
communications for the MSF, which has 460,000 members.
’We must establish how best to take MSF’s communications forward and
this requires expert analysis and assessment and realistic, workable
recommendations,’ said Webber.
