STOP PRESS: NI signs licensing deal with NLA

Agency.



The NLA said that ’organisations will now be able to buy a single

licence covering all the national newspapers’. IPR executive director

John Lavelle said: ’Irrespective of who the NLA represents, it does not

affect our position or alter our concerns over the cost of 2p per copy

and the lack of safeguards against future increases at the NLA’s

discretion.’
