Tim Southwell has rejoined Loaded, the IPC Magazines title he co-founded with James Brown in 1994. He replaces Derek Harbinson, who is leaving to pursue other projects. Southwell left the magazine in November 1996 to write a book, Getting Away With It - The Inside Story of Loaded, which was published last month. He had been editor before Brown.
