Fishburn Hedges has won a four-way pitch to handle internal and external communications for the forthcoming merger of government agencies the Rural Development Commission and the Countryside Commission (PR Week 7 August). In a separate pitch against two other agencies, FH’s design unit has also been appointed to devise a corporate identity for the new countryside agency.
