Sara Lee, publicity and comms manager for entertainment shows at TalkbackThames, previously headed up comms for ‘The X Factor’ and ‘Britain’s Got Talent’.

She left last week, and has emerged this week at entertainment agency Hackford Jones.

She has brought five clients with her, ‘QI’ and ‘Hole in the Wall’ for the BBC1, ‘Never Mind the Buzzcocks’ for BBC2, ‘All Star Family Fortunes’ for ITV1 and ‘Pamela Anderson: At Home With Joe for Living’.

Co-founder Simon Jones said he had wanted to set up a TV division for a while but was waiting to find the right person to head it up. He said Sara was: ‘a hugely respected publicist with unrivalled contacts’.

Lee said: ‘After four years on two of the biggest TV shows in the UK, I felt it was time for a new challenge’.

Lee started her career at the Channel Five press office, working on Entertainment Acquisitions for four and a half years. She joined TalkbackThames press office in 2005.

Hackford Jones currently handles PR for X-Factor 2008 winner Alexandra Burke and has also recently been hired X-Factor judge Danni Minogue.
