The survey, which you can enter here will help us present a full, detailed and comprehensive picture of digital PR in the UK in 2009.
Additionally it will highlight the very best, most innovative digital work out there.
Findings will be presented in an exclusive PRWeek feature in October this year.
Agencies have until Friday August 28 to take part in the survey, which will also involve sending in their three best digital campaigns for scrutiny by senior figures in the industry.
The survey must be completed online however agencies can view a PDF of the questions below in order to help them prepare.
