PR EUROPE: LONDON - Manoff rings the changes at Esprit

Esprit, the European telecommunications network, has made Glen Manoff its first director of communications as it steps up its PR activity amid deregulation of the European telecommunications markets. Manoff’s first task is to appoint an agency to co-ordinate pan-European work. He will be responsible for in-house PR across 17 European markets, including France, Netherlands, UK, Belgium, Spain and Italy. Esprit, formed in 1991, sells exclusively to businesses and had a market capitalisation of around pounds 130 million when it floated earlier this year.
