Whitbread Beer Company has hired Communique PR to handle the launch of its new spirit mixer, Volsk. Aimed at 21- to 25-year-olds, Volsk has a specially designed bottle to keep the drink cold. Communique also represents Whitbread brands, Boddingtons and Boston Beer.
