Flack: (Saving) on expenses - Royal China Group, London

Reviewer: AJ Sharp, account manager, R&R Teamwork.

- What is it good for?

If you are looking for group dining in London, I can highly recommend one of the five Royal China restaurants. From noon to 5pm, the restaurants serve their renowned dim sum. The a la carte menu offers a range of sumptuous dishes, and there are four-course set menus with a selection of dishes.

- Signature dishes

The dim sum menu includes treats such as scallop dumplings and sesame paper prawn rolls. From the a la carte menu, enjoy classic favourites such as the crispy aromatic duck with paper-thin pancakes, or steamed dover sole with ginger and scallion black bean sauce.

- Who's the boss?

Royal China Group is overseen by CEO Peter Lam.

- Tips please?

Enjoy al fresco dining at the Royal China Restaurant in Canary Wharf, which has an 80-seat patio overlooking the Thames.

- What's the damage?

A selection of dishes to share will cost you around £20 each. Try the dim sum, which at around £3 per dish is a delicious steal.

- Royal China, 24-26 Baker Street, London W1U 7AB, 020 7487 4688.
