ICAP is the world's leading voice and electronic financial trading firm and Chatsworth will support its electronic broking customer comms, internal comms and engagement with the trading community - focusing on foreign exchange and fixed income.
The appointment builds on Chatsworth's previous media relations and marketing work with EBS, the global FX platform that ICAP bought in 2006. The firm continues to use Maitland for its group-level financial PR.
Chatsworth CEO Nick Murray-Leslie said: 'Our alpha and omega in our work for ICAP will be to ensure that everything we do has a clear customer benefit and focus.'
The agency has also recruited Adrian Langan as a senior director. Langan was the former chief of staff for the former leader of the Irish Labour party, Pat Rabbitte, and specialises in transport, construction, social services and retail.
