European Strategy, the Brussels arm of Westminster Strategy, has
won a four-way pitch to handle BT’s public affairs across Belgium,
France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland
(PR Week, 8 January). The brief does not cover Brussels or UK lobbying.
It was previously handled by European Public Policy Advisers (EPPA),
which was also shortlisted.
European Strategy director Matt Lambert will lead the account. He
performed the same role at EPPA before he left the agency six months ago
to join European Strategy. Lambert said he would work on issues
including telecom liberalisation.
