Anita Scott, former head of press and PR for TSB, has emerged at
Brunswick Public Relations three months after quitting the bank.
Scott joined the corporate and financial consultancy last week as an
associate director following a lengthy holiday. Although she declined to
name them, Scott said she would be working on a range of financial
‘My financial services expertise will be put to good use,’ she said.
‘Brunswick has its own style of doing things, but most of my background
has been in consultancy, so I am familiar with the environment.’
Scott left TSB at the end of July, seven months after the bank merged
with Lloyds. Based in Birmingham, she headed a press and publicity team
of eight for four years. Before that she was an account director at
Burson-Marsteller for five years.
The Lloyds TSB merger in December prompted an exodus of communications
staff from TSB. Media relations manager Graham Wallace quit in February
while head of public affairs Andrew Ketteringham left in September.
Public relations for the group is now led by John Robson, head of
