1. Flack can reveal that the 'Virgin PR representative' mentioned in the Daily Mail's article about the latest Richard Branson stunt was none other than Frank PR's Andrew Bloch. Branson had been beamed on to the Sydney Harbour Bridge with the caption 'Good luck Ricky. You'll need it. Dicky x'. Bloch, who handles PR for Virgin Media, received a call from an Aussie hack who told him: 'Get your rich pom off our bridge.'

2. Peppermint PR account manager Kate Moryoussef narrowly avoided a face full of dough as she was getting to know new client Zouk Tea Bar & Grill this week. It must have been something she said.

3. The boss of Norwich-based PR agency Tribe showed off his shepherding skills last weekend when he led a group of sheep across London Bridge. Patrick Peal was one of many people to take part in the event in aid of the Lord Mayor's Appeal, raising funds for The Lord's Taverners and St John Ambulance. It was, as one newspaper put it, 'baaaarmy'.
