The Outside Organisation CEO Alan Edwards and his team this week flew to Los Angeles to deal with UK and international media on behalf of AEG Live. Outside also liaised with Jackson family PR Ken Sunshine.
The entertainment agency was handling the Jackson O2 gigs in London, having launched the 'This Is It' tour in March at the O2.
But following the news of Jackson's death, Outside also turned crisis mangers for AEG Live.
Edwards said: ‘It has been a difficult time for everyone involved. The world's media were desperate for any details and it took sensitivity and a lot of hard work to handle the sheer volume of global enquiries.'
