JOHANNESBURG: The Key Communications Group has joined forces with
South African PR agency Integrated Communications, buying 30 per cent of
the firm’s stock.
UK-based Key Communications’ CEO Colin Kent said the deal will have
mutual benefits for both agencies, adding that they will be starting a
training programme for the 18-strong South African agency in the near
future. Integrated Communications, which has annual fees of around
pounds 650,000, comprises two offices in Cape Town and Johannesburg, and
has clients including Nike and Energiser batteries.
