The combined entity aims to create a industry-leading City and corporate agency in the Benelux region.
Investor Voice founder and MD Anne Louise van Lynden van Sandenburg will become the MD of CitySavvy’s Benelux operations, based in Amsterdam, and a major shareholder and board member of the agency’s UK operation.
She said the new combined entity would enable it to offer clients ‘more geographic reach and a broader pallet of services’.
CitySavvy CEO Jana Sanchez said the move would ‘strengthen our transaction capabilities and our depth in the Benelux market’.
The merged company will operate from CitySavvy’s Amsterdam office and will work in close co-operation with CitySavvy’s London office, run by Matt Gower, MD, UK.
In April CitySavvy hired Richard Neve to strengthen its presence in Continental Europe. Neve was previously CEO of the Dutch office of Trimedia.
