‘Chris and Christian are hugely experienced players in the digital arena and bring valued expertise to the agency,’ said Clarion CEO Gary Freemantle.

Cook will be responsible for digital strategy for clients while Payne joins an advisory panel that includes a number of thought leaders from various fields.
