Victoria Biggs has been brought in to drive the agency’s integrated consumer campaigns and build BM’s issues-based consumer PR activity. She will focus on consumer technology and ethical consumer and digital briefs as part of the new role.
She joins the agency as a director and will report to UK CEO Jonathan Jordan.
Biggs previously worked as community and PR director at online auction site eBay. She led the team that handled a number of major developments, including the acquisition of Skype and the launch of eBay in Ireland.
Biggs has also worked at Freud Communications, where she delivered consumer campaigns for clients such as Kimberly Clark, Pizza Hut and Unilever.
Most recently, Biggs was business director at experiential and event marketing agency Out of the Blue Communications. She worked for clients including Unilever, Moët et Chandon, British Gas, Jack Daniel’s and Intercontinental Hotels Group.
