John Lehal’s agency is setting up InsightPA Media on 1 June 2009.

Initial clients include the National Rheumatoid Arthritis Society, National Office Week and the Council for the Regulation of Forensic Practitioners.

The new practice will be headed by account director Olly Kendall, who led on the agency’s recent media launch of Total Politics magazine.

Lehal said: ‘We anticipate this element of the business will spearhead our growth over the next 18 months.’

The plans coincide with a similar move and rebranding exercise by Quintus Public Affairs, now called Quintus.
