The charity has briefed Shine to create a digital and traditional PR campaign to inspire a new generation of 16-25 year olds to volunteer.
The retained brief has a budget of £100,000. Shine will run consumer and trade campaigns and generate interest in volunteering opportunities via the charity’s website. It will attempt to break down barriers to volunteering as well as emphasising the wide range of opportunities available from teaching grass roots football, tree planting to festival work.
Shine will report in to V’s marketing and comms director Jez Jowett. V has also appointed Cake to handle experiential, design and creative work for the charity.
The charity no longer works with Geronimo Communications, who used to handle regional and sector PR work.
