Nice work for agency staff

More than 85 per cent of PR agencies offer staff flexible hours and the option to work from home, exclusive research by PRWeek has found.

The research, part of the PRWeek Best Places to Work survey, looked at the benefits and incentives offered to staff at 114 UK PR agencies.

Other benefits include bon­uses (95 per cent), childcare vouchers (64 per cent), private healthcare (65 per cent) and career breaks (62 per cent).

On average, agencies also spend about £1,300 per staff member per year on training and development.
