Neville McCarthy’s goal is to ‘re-create cult status’ for the brand and raise consumer awareness. The campaign will celebrate the Unilever toiletries brand’s 45th anniversary this year.
The agency won a three-way pitch for the account, which was previously held by McCann Erickson. Brut is looking to place a greater focus on PR this year and has allocated a six-figure budget its 2009 PR activity.
Neville McCarthy will target men’s consumer magazines, national newspapers, the regional press and the broadcast media.
