Tour operators and travel agents who take up Arnold Fisher’s new crisis management product will be able to instantly access £25,000 worth of 24-hour crisis comms support, it is claimed.

The insurance firm has defined a crisis as any incident that involves a death, a life- threatening injury or emergency hospitalisation. It says the offer is unique because companies will not have to wait for authorisation before they bring in PR support.

Arnold Fisher CEO Paul Turner said: ‘Failing to make provision for a crisis could destroy a company. Immediate action is required to make an unfortunate situation more comforting for the affected and less damaging for the reputation and future of the company involved.’

Brighter CEO Debbie Flynn said: ‘During a high-profile crisis, a company’s reputation can be destroyed in seconds.’

Arnold Fisher provides insurance to tour operators and travel agents including Southall Travel and Sunset Far Away Holidays.
