David Britton at The Cavendish offers seasonal home-made British cuisine. Situated above the exclusive boutiques and galleries of Jermyn Street and St James', this is an excellent value restaurant. Discreetly located on the first floor of The Cavendish Hotel, the attentive but relaxed service is a far cry from the hustle and bustle of Piccadilly Circus.
- Signature dishes
The seasonal produce changes every month, including smoked wild sea bass with lamb's lettuce and plum tomato dressing, and sauteed British rose veal casserole with a potato basket, spinach and Drambuie sauce.

David Britton is the executive chef. In 2007 he was awarded his first AA rosette.

The lunch menu is also available as a pre-theatre menu from 5.30pm to 6.30pm Monday to Thursday and from 5pm to 6.30pm Friday and Saturday.

The restaurant offers an excellent value lunch menu, priced at £14.95 for two courses and £19.95 for three courses.
