The agency is closing following the death of founder Rob Partridge in November.

Steve Phillips and Jakub Blackman are setting up a new firm called Big Mouth Publicity, and regional press officer Carl Delahunty will join them. The agency will take clients Bruce Springsteen, Franz Ferdinand, Tom Waits, Jarvis Cocker and Manu Chao with them.

Janine Bullman's new company Notorious will work alongside digital marketing and promotions company Radar Maker and will handle national press for clients including Bloc Party, Billy Bragg and Johnny Marr. Liam McMahon will join Radar Maker and will continue to handle HMV and FOPP.

Head of press Tony Linkin is taking a break.
