The agencies will together work on the European consumer PR campaign to launch the development group's latest property, Christophe Harbour, a 2,500-acre resort in St Kitts in the Caribbean. The resort will include a 300-acre mega-yacht harbour, a golf course and luxury hotels.
Mandate and Synergy won the account in a two-way pitch against Ogilvy PR, which is handling the US business.
The brief is to raise awareness of Christophe Harbour in the lifestyle press and position it as a good investment opportunity in the Caribbean. Synergy will be handling the sports orientated PR including launching the golf course and yacht harbour.
