The agency has been hired to raise awareness of the nine-day festival which takes place in May.
The festival has been running since its launch in 2006. Planned events so far include music concerts and film screenings.
‘We've been bought in to create a buzz around the festival,' said Mpad MD Mark Picken.
As part of the brief Mpad will be using social networking tools including Facebook and Twitter to promote the festival.
The team will also use video and podcasts to raise the profile of the festival within and outside Cornwall.
