Board directors from each agency will have specific responsibility for driving the relationship’s commercial results.
Eulogy chief executive Adrian Brady declined to reveal the value of the venture, which sees each agency take an equal stake. He added that, initially, the partnership will ‘be weighted towards Brazilian clients looking towards the UK’.
‘Developments like this show that independent agencies can offer innovation in terms of their services and the markets they operate in,’ said Brady.
