Online rail ticket retailer has brought in Seventy Seven PR following a four-way pitch.

Seventy Seven won the twelve-month retainer after beating Hotwire, Lexis and Cow to the brief. Lexis previously held the account for five years.

The agency has been asked to increase the levels of business and consumer coverage for the site. It will also handle press office work and launch a series of brand building campaigns across the year.

Fishburn Hedges' new digital division will handle social media work for the campaign.

Seventy Seven managing partner Jo Carr said the campaign will focus on travellers who were undertaking longer journeys – football fans for example - rather than commuters.

The agency reports to marketing director Iain Hildreth.
