1. Outside Organisation's Sarah Bedford has a good boast. Three years ago, she was asked to set up an interview between Naomi Campbell and a new US political hotshot Senator Obama. When she phoned expecting his PA, Obama himself answered. 'He was incredibly pleasant,' reports Bedford.

3. A 'doh' moment for pizza chain Papa John's: Last week during a live radio interview, the founder said it was inadvisable to eat more than two slices of pizza. His name John Schnatter sounds a bit like Gerald Ratner, who wiped £500m off his business overnight when he called his products 'crap'.
