Mercury appoints The White Room

Cooker company Mercury has appointed The White Room to build brand awareness of its high end range cookers.

The White Room director Colin Long will head up the account and report into Mercury MD Jenny Hyatt.

The PR campaign will aim to enhance consumer awareness of the brand through coverage in home and lifestyle media. The campaign will target high-end publications and industry influencers to create ‘brand desire and product understanding’.

A product placement campaign will also be used with the aim of boosting Mercury’s profile.

Mercury Appliances was established in 2000.
