The airline is launching its first flights outside of Ireland. Golley Slater will focus on promoting the development of Aer Lingus's international base at Gatwick airport and the introduction of eights routes to European destinations.
The agency will be targeting the national, regional and London-based media to build brand awareness and promote the Aer Lingus offer.
Over the next 12 months Aer Lingus plans to double its fleet of A320 aircraft and increase the number of destinations it offers.
