Shine lands six-figure Indesit account

Lifestyle and electronics firm Indesit Company has appointed Shine Communications to a six-figure brief.

The company, which owns brands including Hotpoint, Indesit and Cannon, called in Shine following a five-way pitch.

The three-year account is thought to be worth around a quarter of a million pounds annually.

The campaign will focus on both traditional and digital communications. The agency will also establish a trade and consumer press office as part of the brief.

‘The fact Hotpoint, Indesit and Cannon are in more than 24 million homes nationwide gives the brand an everyday relevance for the media.’ says Chris McCafferty, director of Shine Communications. ‘We will drive awareness and market share.’
